at home now on the couch, watching the recorded tape of American Idol, even though i already know the result. throat and body sore, when i cough, my whole body aches [a result of SCULPT, no doubt]. it's all good..  if i'm feeling up to it tonight, I'll again put my body to the test.

moving to a new domicile has given me a chance to whittle away at the things that slow me down. it feels so good.
